1. This is the entire agreement between you (Member) and us ( MarketPulses,LLC).

informational purposes only. In no event shall we (MarketPulses, LLC) be

6. You may not share your password and/or username with any other individuals.
If it is found or determined that you are sharing and or have released your
personalized and confidential password and/or username, MarketPulses reserves
the right to terminate your subscription without further cause.
7. MarketPulses.com service is the property of MarketPulses, LLC and may only
be displayed, formatted and/or printed for your own non-commercial use. You
agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any and
all information obtained through the use of our service.
8. You agree that we are not responsible for your inability to log on to the service,
either because of internet service problems and/or outages, incorrect typing of
login or passwords and any other system incompatibilities. We will make every
effort to ensure that our service remains operational and with adequate response
and performance. There is always the risk of service outages on the internet. You
agree that we are not liable for any loss and/or damage caused by your
inability to use or access the service whether or not caused in whole or in part by our negligence.
